Ali-Messaoudi Rachid

After 10 years at the Ministry of Defence, particularly in the context of the reconversion of military personnel, Rachid worked for 11 years in several training organisations and integration structures. He is a vocational integration counsellor accustomed to the Pôle Emploi and Region markets: professional project definition services, job coaching, specific services for the disabled, the elderly and the foreign public. At the same time, as a trainer, he has provided training in French as a foreign language, reskilling, and civic education.

Since 2019, first within a structure of integration through economic activity and then within IDEIS, as a territory relay counsellor, he has been developing activities allowing the ” outreach “, the identification and the mobilization of the public far from employment. At the same time, he coordinates an Erasmus+ project dedicated to the training of professionals in the field of integration who are interested in these themes.
