Ali-Messaoudi Rachid

Après 10 années au sein du ministère de la Défense, en particulier dans le cadre de la reconversion des militaires, Rachid a travaillé 11 ans au sein de plusieurs organismes de formation et structures d’insertion. C’est un conseiller en insertion professionnelle habitué aux marchés pôle emploi et Région : prestations de définition de projet professionnel, de coaching à l’emploi, prestations spécifiques aux handicapés, aux séniors ou encore au public étranger. Dans le même temps, en tant que formateur, il a assuré des prestations de français langue étrangère, de remises à niveau, ou encore de formations civiques.

Depuis 2019, d’abord au sein d’une structure d’insertion par l’activité économique puis au sein d’IDEIS, en tant que conseiller relais territoire, il s’attache à développer des activités permettant l’ « Aller vers », le repérage et la mobilisation des publics éloignés de l’emploi. En parallèle, il coordonne au niveau pédagogique, un projet Erasmus+ dédié à la formation des professionnels de l’insertion qui s’intéresseraient à ces thématiques.

After 10 years at the Ministry of Defence, particularly in the context of the reconversion of military personnel, Rachid worked for 11 years in several training organisations and integration structures. He is a vocational integration counsellor accustomed to the Pôle Emploi and Region markets: professional project definition services, job coaching, specific services for the disabled, the elderly and the foreign public. At the same time, as a trainer, he has provided training in French as a foreign language, reskilling, and civic education.

Since 2019, first within a structure of integration through economic activity and then within IDEIS, as a territory relay counsellor, he has been developing activities allowing the  » outreach « , the identification and the mobilization of the public far from employment. At the same time, he coordinates an Erasmus+ project dedicated to the training of professionals in the field of integration who are interested in these themes.

Na 10 jaar bij het Ministerie van Defensie te hebben gewerkt, in het kader van de omscholing van militair personeel, heeft Rachid 11 jaar in verschillende opleidingscentra en integratie structuren gewerkt. Hij is een beroepenconsulent, vertrouwd met de markten van de Pôle Emploi en Regio: professionele diensten voor beroepsproject, jobcoaching, specifieke diensten voor gehandicapten, bejaarden en een buitenlands publiek. Hiernaast heeft hij opleidingen gegeven zoals Frans vreemde taal, omscholing en inburgering.

Sinds 2019 ontwikkelt hij, binnen een structuur van integratie door economische activiteit en vervolgens binnen IDEIS, als begeleider, activiteiten die het « outreachment”, die het publiek dat ver verwijderd is van de arbeidsmarkt, identificeert en mobiliseert. Tegelijkertijd coördineert hij een Erasmus+ project gewijd aan de opleiding van professionals op het gebied van integratie die geïnteresseerd zijn in deze thema’s.
