From 1994 to 2000, expert for Belgium in the European network “Work and family life”: organisation of two symposiums: “Men, professional, family and household time” in December 1995 and “Taming life times, a new balance for managers, women and men” in Lille on 3 and 4 June 1999.

From 2002 to 2005, coordinator of the European “active fathers” project (paternity booklet explaining the leave, theatrical animations to raise awareness in the working world, etc.). Since July 2000, representative of Belgium in the European network “women’s entrepreneurship” financed by DG Enterprise. Partner in the European DIANE (Equal) project on women’s entrepreneurship since 2002.
