De 94 à 2000, experte pour la Belgique, du réseau européen « Travail et vie familiale » : mise sur pieds de deux colloques : « Les hommes, le temps professionnel, familial et ménager en décembre 95 et « Apprivoiser les temps de vie, un nouvel équilibre pour les cadres, femmes et hommes » à Lille les 3 et 4 juin 99.

De 2002 à 2005, coordinatrice du projet européen « pères actifs » (livret de paternité expliquant le congé, animations théâtrales pour sensibiliser le monde du travail, etc.)

Depuis juillet 2000, représentante de la Belgique au réseau européen « women’s entrepreneurship » financé par la DG entreprises. Partenaire du projet européen DIANE (Equal) sur l’entreprenariat des femmes depuis 2002.

Gelijke kansen voor vrouwen en mannen op het gebied van: sociaal overleg, functieclassificaties, stress, seksuele intimidatie, arbeidstijdverkorting, combinatie van beroeps- en privé-leven, human resources, opleiding, integrale kwaliteit, MKB, sociaal-professionele integratie, netwerkvorming, verenigingsleven, plattelandsgebieden, organisaties voor jeugd en voortgezette opleiding, sociale economie, onderzoek-actie, sociologische interventie, publicatie van tijdschriften, organisatie van colloquia, beheer van Europese projecten…

Federale Overheidsdienst Werkgelegenheid, Arbeid en Sociaal Overleg, plaatsvervangend adviseur, deskundige inzake gelijkheid bij het Instituut voor de Gelijkheid van Vrouwen en Mannen) sinds maart 1990.

Van 1994 tot 2000 deskundige voor België in het Europees netwerk « Werk en gezinsleven »: organisatie van twee colloquia: « Mannen, beroeps-, gezins- en huishoudelijke tijd » in december 1995 en « De levenstijd temmen, een nieuw evenwicht voor managers, vrouwen en mannen » in Rijsel op 3 en 4 juni 1999.

Van 2002 tot 2005 coördinator van het Europese project « actieve vaders » (vaderschapsboekje met uitleg over het verlof, theatrale animaties om het bewustzijn in de wereld van het werk te vergroten, …).

Sinds juli 2000 vertegenwoordiger van België in het Europees netwerk « vrouwelijk ondernemerschap », gefinancierd door DG Ondernemingen. Partner in het Europese DIANE-project (Equal) inzake vrouwelijk ondernemerschap sinds 2002.

Equality of women and men in: social consultation, job classifications, stress, sexual harassment, reduction of working hours, reconciliation of professional and private life, human resources, training, total quality, SMEs, socio-professional integration, networking, associative life, rural areas, youth and continuing education organisations, social economy, action research, sociological intervention, publication of journals, organisation of conferences, management of European projects, etc.

Federal Public Service Employment, Labour and Social Dialogue, deputy advisor, expert in equality at the Institute for the Equality of Women and Men) since March 1990.

From 1994 to 2000, expert for Belgium in the European network « Work and family life »: organisation of two symposiums: « Men, professional, family and household time » in December 1995 and « Taming life times, a new balance for managers, women and men » in Lille on 3 and 4 June 1999.

From 2002 to 2005, coordinator of the European « active fathers » project (paternity booklet explaining the leave, theatrical animations to raise awareness in the working world, etc.). Since July 2000, representative of Belgium in the European network « women’s entrepreneurship » financed by DG Enterprise. Partner in the European DIANE (Equal) project on women’s entrepreneurship since 2002.
