J’ai débuté ma carrière professionnelle en tant qu’infirmière et à l’occasion d’une ouverture de poste dans mon entreprise en 2012, j’ai pris le poste de chargée de formation pour le suivi des apprentis dans le métiers des soins.

Depuis 2017, je suis conseillère en formation à l’office pour l’orientation, la formation professionnelle et continue. Je m’occupe des métiers des employés de commerce, mon rôle est d’assurer le suivi des apprentis dès leur entrée en formation jusqu’à l’obtention de leur titre. Mon activité est très diverse et va de la surveillance des entreprises, à l’application des lois, à l’organisation des examens et de la collaboration avec les partenaires de la formation professionnelle. De plus, depuis novembre 2020, j’assume, en intérim, le poste de répondante du pôle commerce.

I started my professional career as a nurse and in 2012, when a new position was created in my company, I took on the role of training officer for the supervision of apprentices in the nursing profession.

Since 2017, I have been a training counsellor at the office for guidance, vocational education and training. I am in charge of the commercial professions and my role is to ensure the follow-up of apprentices from their entry into training until they obtain their title. My activity is very diverse and ranges from the supervision of companies, to the application of laws, to the organisation of examinations and collaboration with the partners in vocational training. In addition, since November 2020, I have been acting as the contact person for the commercial division.

Ik ben mijn professionele loopbaan begonnen als verpleegkundige en in 2012, toen er een nieuwe functie werd gecreëerd in mijn bedrijf, heb ik de rol van opleidingsverantwoordelijke voor de zorgsector op mij genomen.

Sinds 2017 ben ik opleidingsadviseur bij het Bureau voor Oriëntatie, Beroepsopleiding en Bijscholing. Ik ben verantwoordelijk voor de beroepen van commercieel medewerker en mijn rol bestaat erin de leerlingen op te volgen vanaf hun intrede in de opleiding tot het behalen van hun titel. Mijn activiteit is zeer uiteenlopend en gaat van het toezicht op bedrijven, over de toepassing van wetten, tot de organisatie van examens en de samenwerking met de partners van de beroepsopleiding. Daarnaast fungeer ik sinds november 2020 als contactpersoon voor de afdeling handel.
