Ferreira Carolina

Diplômée d’un Master en Psychologie de la Faculté de Psychologie et des Sciences de l’Éducation de l’Université de Porto et diplômée en Gestion des ressources humaines à la Porto Business School.

Elle a travaillé de 2008 à 2017 en tant que conseillère d’orientation professionnelle à la Cité des Métiers de Porto.  Elle a eu l’opportunité d’organiser des ateliers et une assistance personnalisée sur l’orientation professionnelle, la formation, l’emploi, la gestion et la reconversion, le bénévolat et l’entrepreneuriat. 

Elle a développé et organisé les initiatives Speed ​​Recruitment, MASTER.SPITCH, Preuf par 9, Assessment Day, entre autres. Début 2018, elle a assumé les fonctions de chef de division au sein de la Division Municipale pour la Promotion de l’Employabilité de la Mairie de Porto. Cette division comprend deux projets importants: la Cité des Métiers et le Centre d’Innovation Sociale de Porto. Dans ce cadre, elle a pour mission de promouvoir les compétences d’employabilité, d’entrepreneuriat et d’innovation sociale dans la ville de Porto.

Graduated with a Master’s degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Porto and graduated in Human Resources Management at Porto Business School.

She worked from 2008 to 2017 as a career counsellor at the Cité des métiers of Porto.  She had the opportunity to organise workshops and personalised assistance on career guidance, training, employment, management and reconversion, volunteering and entrepreneurship. 

She has developed and organised the initiatives Speed Recruitment, MASTER.SPITCH, Preuf par 9, Assessment Day, among others. At the beginning of 2018, she assumed the position of Division Manager in the Municipal Division for the Promotion of Employability of the Porto City Council. This division includes two important projects: the Cité des métiers and the Porto Social Innovation Centre. Within this framework, its mission is to promote employability, entrepreneurship and social innovation skills in the city of Porto.

Behaalde een mastergraad in psychologie aan de faculteit Psychologie en Pedagogische Wetenschappen van de Universiteit van Porto en studeerde af in personeelsmanagement aan de Porto Business School.

Zij werkte van 2008 tot 2017 als loopbaanbegeleider bij het Beroepenpunt van Porto.  Zij kreeg de gelegenheid workshops te organiseren en persoonlijke bijstand te verlenen op het gebied van loopbaanbegeleiding, opleiding, werkgelegenheid, management en reconversie, vrijwilligerswerk en ondernemerschap. 

Zij heeft onder meer de initiatieven Speed Recruitment, MASTER.SPITCH, Preuf by 9 en Assessment Day ontwikkeld en georganiseerd. Begin 2018 heeft zij de functie van afdelingsmanager in de gemeentelijke afdeling voor de bevordering van de inzetbaarheid van de gemeenteraad van Porto op zich genomen. Deze afdeling omvat twee belangrijke projecten: het Beroepenpunt en het Centrum voor sociale innovatie van Porto. In dit kader heeft zij tot taak de inzetbaarheid, het ondernemerschap en de vaardigheden op het gebied van sociale innovatie in de stad Porto te bevorderen.
