Esnault Liliane

Liliane Esnault est responsable du développement des projets à la FREREF. La FREREF est un réseau de Régions et d’institutions régionales qui a pour but de valoriser et développer le rôle des Régions en Europe pour développer des politiques permettant à toute personne, et notamment les plus fragiles, de réussir leur parcours professionnel. « L’Apprendre tout au long de la vie », les réseaux d’accompagnement et la mobilité sont des éléments clefs de ces processus.

Elle est également consultante, manager de projet et évaluatrice. Ses domaines de prédilection sont ceux de : « l’apprendre tout au long de la vie », des parcours professionnels, des démarches participatives, de la création et de l’animation de réseaux et de communautés de pratique.

Elle a été pendant une vingtaine d’années Professeur Associé en Management des Systèmes d’Information, e-Business et management de Projet à EM LYON

Liliane Esnault is the responsible of Project Development at FREREF. FREREF is a network of Regions and Regional Bodies aiming at valuing and enhancing the role of Regions in Europe in fostering and developing policies to ensure successful professional paths for every person, including and especially focusing on those who are the more fragile. Promoting and sustaining Life Long Learning, accompaniment networks and mobility are key success factors in this process.

She is also a consultant, project manager, and evaluator. Her favourite areas are those of Life Long Learning, participatory processes, building and animating networks and communities of practice.

These works rely on theoretical domains such as Actor Network Theory, Appreciative Inquiry, Participatory Design, Cultivating Communities of Practice, Constructivism.

She was Associate Professor in Information Systems management, e-Business and Project Management at EM LYON during more than twenty years.

Liliane Esnault is verantwoordelijk voor projectontwikkeling bij FREREF. FREREF is een netwerk van regio’s en regionale instellingen dat tot doel heeft de rol van de regio’s in Europa te versterken en te ontwikkelen met het oog op de ontwikkeling van een beleid dat alle mensen, en vooral de meest kwetsbaren, in staat stelt om te slagen in hun beroepscarrière. Levenslang leren, ondersteunende netwerken en mobiliteit zijn sleutelelementen van deze processen.

Zij is ook consultant, projectmanager en evaluator. Haar interessegebieden zijn levenslang leren, loopbaantrajecten, participatieve benaderingen, en het creëren en faciliteren van netwerken en praktijkgemeenschappen.

Zij is al twintig jaar universitair hoofddocent in Information Systems Management, e-Business en Project Management aan EM LYON.
